What are your shipping rates?
Enjoy free delivery with a spending of SGD$60 and above. For orders below the minimum spending, a delivery fee of SGD$8 will be imposed.
How can I track my order?
We're so sorry. We do not provide a tracking system at the moment. However, your order will be on its way to you within 2-5 days after your order is made!
Do you deliver overseas?
We are sorry, we do not ship internationally now. Our delivery and shipping services only cover Singapore addresses.
Can I change my delivery address after I have made an order?
Yes, but you may do so within 12 hours upon receiving your order confirmation email.
Why have I not received my order?
Oh no! The delivery should take 2-5 working days after your order is made, but if your order has not been delivered by then, please email us at info@jittatrading.com
What if no one is at home to receive the package?
That’s alright, we understand sometimes things don’t go as planned. However, if no one is home during the scheduled delivery timing, we will reschedule for the 2nd delivery. However, please note that we will only attempt 2 deliveries.
Can I ship to a different address from my billing address?
That's possible! You may add a different address upon checkout.
How will BabyByJitta pack my order?
No worries, we’ll make sure they are well-packed! The packaging depends on the product, but all items will be properly and securely packed in a bag or box.
